Professor Ologunde Olusola Adedoyin is a distinguished academic with over 40 years of landmark experience in teaching, research, and university administration, specializing in Human Resource Management, General Management, and Industrial Relations. She has published extensively in high-impact local and international journals and regularly presents her insights at premier conferences worldwide.
